Elder Law

“Elder Law” is that area of legal specialization devoted to addressing issues commonly, but not exclusively, affecting clients of retirement age, including Medicaid, Medicaid pre-planning, estate planing, incapacity & minor guardianships, probate, long term care, retirement distributions, income and estate taxes.

Real Estate

Title Insurance, purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, real estate development, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, quiet title actions, mortgage foreclosures, tenant evictions, trespass, platting, zoning changes, variances, and condominium management.

Charitable Giving

At William Rambaum & Associates, P.A. we encourage our clients to consider naming a charity as beneficiary of a portion of their estates. During your lifetime, a large part of your wealth may have been tied up in your residence or other illiquid assets, or you may have been reluctant to make a charitable donation from resources that you might later need for your own living expenses. But at your passing, a gift of even a small percentage of your estate can be a substantial and meaningful gift to charity, without significantly reducing the amount you leave to your heirs. Our government encourages charitable giving through various tax incentives that may also be beneficial to you or your heirs. Our office has developed relationships with a few charities, and you can access their websites directly from the links below. But whether you choose from among those identified below, or some other charity of special significance to you, your estate donation will be a lasting memorial to you.

As an office, we are very active in Metropolitan Ministries, American Cancer Society and Alzheimer’s Association. Bill serves as President of Countryside Professional Center Condominium Association and serves as treasurer at Bayside Community Church of God.
