Amy Adams
A native of Clearwater, Florida, Amy Adams is proud to return to the Tampa Bay area after spending the past 15 years serving individuals, families, and business owners throughout Central Florida. Her practice is focused on estate planning, elder law, and probate, helping clients build comprehensive legal plans that protect their financial future while preserving the values and legacies they hope to pass on to future generations.
Amy graduated from Florida State University before earning her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law, where she concentrated her studies in Children and Family Law. During law school, she developed a passion for helping families navigate challenging life transitions. She participated in advocacy clinics representing juveniles in the foster care system and worked alongside the Florida Department of Children and Families, helping protect children in vulnerable situations and advocating for their well-being.
Following law school, Amy joined a boutique law firm in Clermont, Florida, where she developed a diverse practice focused on business law, estate planning, and probate administration. She later helped launch and grow her own law firm in downtown Orlando, where she continued advising families and business owners on legal strategies designed to safeguard assets, minimize conflict, and provide peace of mind for the future.
Throughout her career, Amy has believed that estate planning is about more than wealth preservation. It is about helping families create solid legal foundations, prepare for life’s uncertainties, and ensure that their values, traditions, and intentions are carried forward for generations to come. She takes a personalized, relationship-driven approach, working closely with clients to understand their goals and develop solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Now back in the Tampa Bay community she has always considered home, Amy is excited to serve individuals and families throughout the region in matters involving estate planning, elder law, probate, trust administration, incapacity planning, and long-term care considerations. She is committed to providing practical guidance, compassionate counsel, and trusted advocacy to help clients protect what matters most.
When she is not serving clients, Amy enjoys sharing adventures with her three young children. Together, they spend their free time exploring Florida’s beaches, attending baseball games, and traveling throughout the state in search of the more than 100 dolphin statues created to honor Winter, the inspiring Clearwater dolphin. Their quest to find each statue has become a cherished family tradition and reflects their love of discovery, community, and the Gulf Coast region they are proud to call home.
