William Rambaum
William Rambaum is the founder and principal attorney at William Rambaum, P.A. in Oldsmar, where he helps people throughout the greater Clearwater area in elder law matters including estate planning, probate, guardianship, nursing home planning, Medicaid and asset protection.
Mr. Rambaum grew up in the Detroit area and graduated “with honor” from Michigan State University in 1975 with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for two years as a Commercial Loan Analyst before attending the University of South Carolina School of Law, earning his law degree in 1979. While in law school, Mr. Rambaum was selected to the Editorial Board of the Law Review, the highest honor a law student can achieve.
William Rambaum began his legal practice in the Tampa Bay area, working at two law firms before establishing his own law practice in 1987. With a career-long commitment to provide his clients with the best possible representation, Mr. Rambaum completed the rigorous process to become Board-Certified as an Elder Law Specialist by both The Florida Bar and the National Elder Law Foundation. Few Florida attorneys have achieved both designations.
Mr. Rambaum has been married to his wife Wanda since 1990 and is the proud parent of four children and even prouder grandparent of five grandchildren. Bill and Wanda attend Bayside Community Church of God in Safety Harbor. They both enjoy spending time outdoors, kayaking, fishing with their grandsons, and visiting parks. Although they love to travel, they often find themselves commenting on how lucky they are to live in one of the most beautiful places of all!
